Opioid Treatment Program

We strive to deliver the best patient care possible while undergoing opioid replacement therapy.

OPIOID REPLACEMENT THERAPY BRISBANE CLINIC

Our primary concern is the health and well being of our clients. We strive to make our opioid treatment program easy and straight forward to access, to allow people to achieve their goals.

If you are used to dosing in a traditional pharmacy, you will find our clinics much more private and inviting. Due to our doctors being on site, any issues with treatment are solved then and there. We take away any stresses of undergoing opioid replacement therapy so you can focus on getting better.

FAQ'S

01

Do I need a referral?

No, a referral is not required to start on the program. Simply get in contact with us, and we will book you in with one of our friendly health care practitioners. Our team will liaise with your GP if required.

02

Do I need to be drug free to start on the program?

There is no period of time you need to be clean for to start the program, but your health care practitioner may need to delay your first dose if you have used an opioid too recently.

03

How much does the program cost?

At QPH, we offer an affordable pathway to sustained recovery. The cost of the program differs depending on your individual needs. Treatment type, dose, and frequency will all play a factor when determining cost. Get in touch today for a free and confidential chat.

04

How often will I need to visit a Doctor?

You may need to visit your health care practitioner more frequently to start off with, until you become stabilised on your prescribed dose. This will then change and you may only need to visit monthly or even less frequently depending on your circumstances.

05

How long can I stay on the program for?

For some, staying on the program indefinitely offers the best outcome for sustained, long term recovery. For others, your health care team will work with you to provide tailored advice for down-titrations at a pace that suits your individual needs.

A change like this in life can seem quite daunting. Contact us if you need support in making the first step to change.
